CTL Hat Bands are made of Colored Gem Stones and Leather Lace.  This CTL Hat Band contains Orange Ovals with White Round Beads.   The Black leather Lace is accented with the same Colored Stones and ties in the back of the hat.  The Gem Stone Strand measures 20" and the Leather Lace Measures 14" and will drape down the back if your hat.
